Pickled Walnuts in Rich Ruby Port
Lovely with a good stilton cheese.
Ingredients: Sugar, Water, Walnuts, Red Wine, Vinegar, Ruby Port, Salt, Acidity Regulator: Acetic Acid
Size: 160g (drained weight) glass jar
The port adds sweet depth to these tangy walnuts. Perfect with blue cheeses (especially Stilton). Also works well with goose or duck.
