It's a shame that this once essential cupboard ingredient has fallen out of favour. It goes really well with chocolate, fruit (especially raspberries, rhubarb and peaches) and milk puddings. Mix a few drops into fresh cream toppings to add some WOW! factor. Rose water is what gives Turkish Delight its distinctive flavour.
