Seggiano's honeys are produced by one master beekeeper - Mauro Pagliaccia. They are all cold extracted, raw, unfiltered and of exeptional quality.

Wild Italian heather growing in Southern Tuscany flowers in March with the bees turning its nectar into a thick scented amber honey.
With notes of fudgy, caramilsed barley this honey will crytallise at cooler tepmeratures but still retains its creaminess.
